Our Soybean Week Partner
The Manitoba Pulse & Soybean Growers (MPSG) is a non-profit, member-based organization that helps farmers in Manitoba grow high-quality pulse and soybean crops, including beans, peas, lentils, and soybeans. Run by farmers for farmers, MPSG also helps develop government policy, study new ways to grow crops, and research better ways to market them. MPSG is all about helping farmers today and in the future to make sure they can continue growing these important foods profitably and sustainably.

Agriculture literacy matters to Manitoba Pulse and Soybean Growers
"Manitoba's pulse and soybean growers take great pride in suppling food to Canadians. Agriculture education helps students connect with that pride and clearly see the connection between the food on their dinner plate and the work of the farmers who grew it. We're fortunate to live in a country where food is readily available and affordable. Opening students' eyes to how agriculture's local and global realities builds an appreciation of how agriculture impacts our everyday lives." – Daryl Domitruk, Executive Director, Manitoba Pulse and Soybean Growers
