Agriculture in the Classroom-Manitoba (AITC-M) invites you to become one of our Summer Program Assistants!
You’d be a great fit if you are a dynamic individual looking for experience in coordinating and delivering programs, love working with children and an expert team, and want to explore Manitoba by visiting schools throughout our beautiful province.
Based in the Winnipeg area, you will primarily work from our Winnipeg office, occasionally from your home office, and travel to in-person events throughout Manitoba.

We're a non-profit dedicated to agriculture education. Our small but mighty team is passionate about connecting Manitoba students at all grade levels to where their food comes from, the people who produce it, and the countless opportunities for exciting careers in our province's largest industry.
Our programs and resources reach hundreds of classrooms and thousands of students, inspiring tomorrow's leaders, consumers and decision-makers to understand the critical role agriculture plays in our world.

The Role
We need your talent to help deliver amazing programs and resources to Manitoba teachers and their students. As our Summer Program Assistant, you will:

Deliver in-person programming to Manitoba schools in urban and rural settings.

Help plan and coordinate our spring, summer and fall programs, including Seed Survivor, Summer Ag Adventure, Follow the Farmer Virtual Farm Tours, and much more!

Assemble and distribute educational and promotional materials in our Winnipeg office.

Collaborate closely with our Summer Communications Assistant to promote and deliver our summer education programs, appearing in videos as an on-screen personality.
